Hunter Radiology has the ability to provide the referring Doctor with access to their patient’s images on-line.
Using a sophisticated on-line PACs solution from Intelerad, Hunter Radiology can give referring Doctors the same image quality as the radiologists and useful tools in viewing images. This can easily be set up by one of our staff.
Once set up the Inteleviewer can sit on your computer desk top and be accessed when ever needed. You can set up your own user name and password so it can be easily accessed at any time.
For specialists we can grant access to other Doctors' patients when that patient has been referred on to you. Once notified our Chief Radiographer will ensure that you can see all the studies for the patient’s you are now treating.
Inteleviewer uses a compression technique so the images initially seen by the referring Doctor does not use a large amount of band width. When needed the images can be changed to be seen as a high quality lossless image which means the images are of a high diagnostic quality.
